La Grange de la Chouette is a fully renovated Ardèche farmhouse designed for groups seeking calm and connection. It offers 9 bedrooms, generous shared living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grounds, and a natural swimming pool.
The Grange is the central living and activity space of the house: a 100 m² modular space that hosts up to 36 people seated and can be almost entirely cleared. It adapts effortlessly from shared meals to workshops, movement sessions, or presentations.
The farmhouse opens onto a private 5,000 m² garden designed for outdoor living. The natural swimming pool anchors the space, with terraces for long meals, a pergola and open deck for yoga or events, and a children’s playground.
A super-equipped kitchen supports group living with ease, whether you cook together or choose to work with our regular catering partners. Meals flow naturally into the central dining space, the outdoor terrace, and the shaded courtyard.
The house offers a range of sleeping spaces designed for groups of up to 26 people — from quiet en-suite double rooms to shared family and dorm-style spaces — giving everyone the right balance of privacy and together-time.
